Comprehensive Case Management for American Indian Vocational Rehabilitation Programs available for the first time as Software as a Service. Lacey, WA (March 1, 2011) – Alliance Enterprises, the leading provider of case management solutions for vocational rehabilitation, today announced new subscription options for American Indian Vocational Rehabilitation (AIVR) programs. In today’s ever-changing environment, a small number of AIVR counselors are required to provide a wide variety of services, as well as extensive documentation and reporting, all while striving to increase successful outcomes for a growing client base. The needs of the AIVR program have matured beyond managing cases through paper, MS Excel, or Access-based applications. The new Software as a Service (SaaS), AWARE Express for AIVR, was developed specifically for the unique needs and requirements of the AIVR program. As a cloud application, AWARE offers a secure and maintenance-free footprint, is easy to learn, easy to use, and cost effective. Case records can be securely created and updated from any location that offers Internet access. Integrated business rules ensure compliance with federal reporting, data integrity and conformance to policy. With AWARE, AIVR staff can spend less time on paperwork, requisitions and mundane reporting; and more time helping clients achieve their program goals. David Conroy, the Vocational Rehabilitation Program Director at The Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon, commented, “We have been participating in the design and launch of the AWARE service for several months and our counselors are thrilled with the result. The service is fast, responsive, and very easy to use. This has really made a difference in our documentation and case management, allowing us to spend significantly more time with clients. I highly recommend this product." |
