Today, over 7,000 government agency personnel use an Alliance developed, web-based information and management system every working day of the year. Alliance maintains on-going contracts in support of these systems with many of these agencies.

Alliance is headquartered in Lacey, Washington, where the Company currently employs more than 80 full-time staff members. Team members are principally composed of project management, analysis/design, product development, quality assurance, infrastructure, system support, and administrative personnel.

The Alliance team is comprised of individuals that have extensive experience with vocational rehabilitation, reengineering, systems development, systems management and systems operations. More specifically, during the course of the past nine years, the Alliance team has been immersed in developing systems using Internet technologies. Together, the team has experience in a wide array of technologies, including Internet/intranet, client/server, networking, communications, and mainframe systems. In addition to the extensive experience the firm has acquired in case management systems, Alliance has also developed considerable expertise related to statewide accounting systems.
